How We Collect and Use Information:
We collect the following information from the player (“the user”):
Information you provide us directly:
We ask for certain information such as your username, email address, and password when you register on our CUGGN (CUG Gamer Network) titles. When an In-App Purchase (“IAP”, “real money transaction”) is made, you may be asked for your iTunes/Google information.
For CUGGN games that allow for guest accounts, we will, depending on the platform, use your device’s ID for authentication, but only for that purpose. We will be able to see it in our game backend, but we will not display this ID to anyone.
This information is used for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing you with the features and functionality of the game. Your username will be publicly displayed to other users. We use your email address for account recovery, but it will not be displayed publicly. We also do not have access to your password, but it can be reset if needed,
Depending on the game, you may also choose to link your Game Center/Google Play profile(s) with your CUGGN Account, allowing you to log in with your Game Center/Google Play info; if you choose to do this, we will have access to your Game Center ID/Google Play ID, but will not display this ID to anyone. Doing so could put us at risk of losing our developer license. Our only use of these IDs is for customer service purposes.
We use PlayFab’s powerful (and safe) backend technology to store your information.
When on our apps and website:
We are using a third-party analytics system on this website and our multiplayer games for the purpose of monitoring in-site and in-app activity. We do not, and will not, use this to steal your information, but only to monitor visitors in real-time.
